This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your Kink.io subscription, what happens when you cancel, and our refund policy. We want to ensure the process is clear and straightforward.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Through Your Account: Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and select "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription"
  • Through CCBill: Contact CCBill customer support at https://support.ccbill.com to cancel your subscription
  • Contact Us: Email our support team through our Contact Page with your cancellation request

3. When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your cancellation will be processed immediately
  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

Important: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel before your renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with CCBill's refund policies and consumer protection guidelines. Generally:

  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • You may be eligible for a refund if there was a billing error or unauthorized charge
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service may qualify for a refund
  • Refund requests should be made within 30 days of the charge

5. Partial Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel mid-billing period, you will retain access until the end of that period, but no prorated refund will be issued.

6. What Happens After Cancellation

Once your subscription ends:

  • You will lose access to premium features and content
  • Your account will remain active with basic/free features (if applicable)
  • Your data and content will be retained according to our data retention policy
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to premium features

7. Account Deletion

Canceling your subscription does not delete your account. If you wish to delete your account entirely, you must make a separate request through our Contact Page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Reactivating Your Subscription

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and selecting a subscription plan
  • Following the payment process through CCBill

Your previous account data and preferences will be restored when you reactivate.

9. Involuntary Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription if:

  • You violate our Terms and Conditions
  • Payment fails or is declined
  • We detect fraudulent activity
  • We are required to do so by law

In cases of involuntary cancellation due to Terms violations, refunds are typically not provided.

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) without first contacting us, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us or CCBill first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
